Rising star, Karine Kazan is a Lebanese-Canadian who spent her childhood ducking carpet bombs, immigrating to Scarborough in the late 80s as a Horny Catholic Teen.

Suckered into the immigrant parent’s wet dream, she became a lawyer. After 18 years in the corporate underworld of litigation, Karine has insider’s experience in corporate culture, with plenty of stories to tell! Now semi-retired (aka burnt out and broke), she considers herself a "recovering lawyer", human rights advocate, and stand-up comic.  

She now splits her time between working as a motivational speaker on what NOT to do in your career, napping, and hanging out in the Toronto Comedy scene like a weird old guy on pervert’s row in a strip club.

Karine has performed in clubs all over Toronto but never posts about it. As a result, she is the best kept secret in the Toronto Comedy scene that no one has ever heard of... until NOW.
